Quick Fix 3

Third quick fix for ScaraBattle, my first #indiegame as a solo #gamedev !

°Change the AP cost of most basic actions (bite, battlecry, scare, shield and Distract) to cost 3 AP instead of 2.

The game still have a weird balance but I think it will make the
first battle a bit more challenging still ! 😄
